Whilst we can’t change the ups and downs of life, we can help you manage how you react to them. Life coaching will help you get to know yourself better; understand why you do what you do and feel how you feel; and help you change the way you react and think about things.

How long do the sessions last?
Sessions usually last for one hour; however, if you feel you require a longer, we can consider a 2-hour session (especially if you are working on something that requires prompt action/decisions). Some clients prefer to have a set time and date in the calendar every month, whereas others prefer to schedule their sessions on an ad-hoc basis. I can be flexible to accommodate these needs. How many sessions will I need? I treat every client as an individual because I understand that we all have different lives, challenges and goals. For this reason, I find it useful to discuss an individuals needs and hopes for coaching, prior to suggesting a number of sessions. That said, if they are fully committed to coaching, clients can often achieve excellent results after just a couple of sessions. Where will the coaching sessions be held? I offer face-to-face coaching appointments at my home office in Sandiacre (NG10) and at the Elephant Rooms in Draycott (DE72); I also offer sessions via Zoom and telephone. If you are a business looking for a coach to work with your employees, I am also happy to travel to your work premises (up to 30 miles from the NG10 postcode). Am I ready to get started?
