I offer a range of coaching, positive psychology, and ADHD workshops, which give individuals time to explore and focus on well-being and self-care. The workshops cover a range of topics, including (but not confined to):

I have a great deal of experience facilitating groups, largely from my experience of lecturing at a local university and also as result of the groups I facilitator as a clinical supervisor.
